Responsibilities
- Technical assessment and documentation of replacement solutions for electronic. component changes / discontinuations or problems according LED-standard.
- Allocation of affected components to dedicated projects and identification of the affected article code within the LED component data base.
- Evaluation of the component change notification and decision whether a further deeper investigation needs to be performed.
- Carrying out component searches.
- Interfacing with several different engineering departments.
- Support of faulty part coordination in case of procurement problems.
- Responsibility for the configuration management and documentation.
Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- Sound knowledge of electronic components.
- Experience in the development / maintenance of analogue and digital hardware in the automotive and industrial and / or aviation industry is an advantage.
- English knowledge in spoken and written.
