Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Inquiry and Issue Management: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Product Expertise: Keep abreast of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technical Assistance: Support customers with product setup, troubleshooting, order processing, and returns.
- Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date customer information in our database.
- Post-Sale Follow-Up: Reach out to customers after purchases to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Reporting: Create reports on customer satisfaction levels and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Training & Development: Assist in training new customer service team members if required.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred
- Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Industry-related customer service experience.
- Software Knowledge: Knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
