Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • Inquiry and Issue Management: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Product Expertise: Keep abreast of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Assistance: Support customers with product setup, troubleshooting, order processing, and returns.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date customer information in our database.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Reach out to customers after purchases to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Reporting: Create reports on customer satisfaction levels and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Assist in training new customer service team members if required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
