Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Hardware Technical Support & Testing Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware issues, and conducting hardware testing. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware problems, collaborating with the technical team, and ensuring timely and effective support for clients.

- Hardware Products / PCB Testing & Technical Support experience
- Strong understanding of Hardware
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field
- Experience in the tech industry & Hindi Speaking is a plus
